You can control the pace, with an instructor assigned to you to answer your questions, provide guidance and help you stay on track. We do it right, and it doesn't take months -- the typical training cycle for successful Financial Academy OnDemand 24/7 graduates, from course start date to exam pass, is as follows:

OnDemand 24/7 Portal requires desktop or laptop and decent internet speed. Windows, Mac, and library access have all been used by successful students. Google Chrome is best.

Required text for insurance, Series 6/7 and Series 63 is Financial Academy plain English for the license exam, not sold separately but included with course enrollment. Series 7 also requires STC 41st Ed., Series 24 or 26 requires STC 42nd Ed., Series 65 uses STC Series 65 42nd Ed., Series 66 uses 43rd Ed.

Tuition is waived for a license candidate who desires to retake any module within 90 days of original course start date, or until passing the license exam, whichever is sooner.

Question: What's your course access and refund policy?

Your enrollment is under a Single User License Agreement - you may not share your course access or materials with any other person. Refunds incur a $40 administrative fee. Text and materials are non-refundable. To receive a tuition refund, all course materials must be returned unused. Tuition is non-refundable once you have accessed the OnDemand Portal.

ACCEPTANCE Welcome to the Financial Academy OnDemand Online Interactive Training Website Portal ("Portal"). Please read the following Single User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully, as it strictly governs your use of the Portal. By clicking on the "ACCEPT" button, or by logging in or otherwise accessing the Portal, you affirm that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and are bound by the terms, conditions and limitations contained in it. Once you have logged into the portal, you are no longer entitled to any refund of course fees. If you decide not to accept this Agreement by never logging into the Portal, you may be entitled to a refund subject to any refund policy which may apply to you.

OWNERSHIP The Portal and all audio, video, and written materials ("Materials") contained on or in the Portal, except where otherwise noted, are the sole property of Financial Academy. Financial Academy retains the copyright, title and ownership of the Portal and all of the Materials regardless of the form or media in or on which the original and other copies may exist. Financial Academy and the Financial Academy logo are the trade name and trademarks of Don Mitchell, with enrollments administered by Agents Licensing, LLC. The Portal is for the legal use of Financial Academy customers only. Unauthorized use or access of the Financial Academy Portal and/or the information contained therein is prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible under the law.

SINGLE-USER LICENSE By logging in to the Portal as an authorized user under this Agreement, you, the licensee, are granted a non-exclusive non-transferable Single-User License to access the Portal and the Materials available to you on the Portal, for your own personal, non-commercial, temporary use only. You shall not transfer, share, rent, sell, sublicense or otherwise distribute your Portal access or any portion of the Materials to any third party, by any means whatsoever, whether or not for commercial, economic or financial purposes or gain. You shall not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute the Materials, in any form or medium or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, or store the Materials in a retrieval system under any circumstances. You shall not, directly or indirectly, modify, alter, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create any derivative work of the Portal or Materials, or remove any copyright notice or proprietary legend contained in the Portal or Materials. You shall not reproduce the Materials unless for backup purpose and limited to one download of the materials from the Portal for your personal, non-commercial use only. Improper use of the Portal or Materials, including any pattern of unusual or excessive Portal access or significant deviation from the course as it is designed to be done, is prohibited. Any violation of any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement will cause the automatic termination of your license to use the Portal and Materials, without refund.

LIMITED PURPOSE The Materials are provided to you as a service to help you pass a particular FINRA qualification exam or insurance license exam, or to assist you in satisfying a portion of your insurance continuing education requirements. The Materials contain neither legal interpretations nor statements of the policies of particular insurance and/or securities regulators. If you have questions concerning the meaning or application of a particular law or rule, please consult with your FINRA principal, your firm’s compliance department or an attorney who specializes in securities law.

TERMINATION Your Single-User License will terminate or expire automatically without notice after 90 days from the first time you access the Portal, or upon passing your license examination, or upon passing your Continuing Education course final examination, whichever event occurs first. Upon termination of your Single-User License, you must destroy any downloaded Materials and all the copies thereof and remove and delete the Materials from your hard disk or other storage device.

HYPERLINKS The Portal and Materials may contain links to other sites operated by third parties and you acknowledge that Financial Academy shall not be held responsible in any manner for the contents of any such linked sites. The inclusion of links to external sources is not intended to endorse any views expressed on those third party sites, any product, service or other material offered on those sites, or the organizations sponsoring those sites. YOU ASSUME SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THIRD PARTY SITES.

REFUND POLICY A full refund will be granted to a customer 1) who has not used the Portal or Materials, including any pre-study materials, in any capacity, 2) who has returned all course materials to Financial Academy, unused, and 3) who submits a written request to Financial Academy at office@agentslicensingllc.com. After the Portal has been accessed, or any course Materials have been used, no refund can be granted. Validated refunds will be granted solely to the person on record who paid for the item(s) being returned. Orders paid for with a credit card will be credited back to the original card.
